40Wh Battery For Dell Inspiron 15 (3537)

Was originally concerned about purchasing this battery after reading some of the other reviews regarding sizing and battery life. Battery arrived with a 74 percent charge on it so I used it like that until it ran down to a charge state. plugged it in to charge and it would only charge to 90 percent, used it like that seemed to work fine but before the next charge I rebooted the computer, it charged to 100 percent, I've used it for 2 sessions totalling one for 1hour and 32 mins left it in sleep mode for 2 days then used it this morning for another 38 mins. before needing charging. That's a total of 2 hours and 10 mins, that being said this machine is a 17 inch Dell and its always been a bit of a power pig. The battery life is very good. I had a small issue with the installation process because i had to open the laptop to remove the old battery. The manufacturer or manufacturers of the laptop should make it easier to have access to the battery without you have to pull the laptop apart. Once I get the laptop open the installation process was very easy.

Left my old charger at a hotel and bought a new one for my Asus. Works great!

This battery seems to be as good as the original. My pic is of a battery health monitor app after installing the new battery. Getting to the battery can be tricky, but if you've opened up a laptop before it'll be a cinch. This battery looks exactly like the original. My Laptop doesn't know the difference though. Works great!

Received an OEM Asus power adapter that had stickers covering the logo. Also ran rather hot for the first week, but afterwards was operating at a perfectly reasonable temperature. Besides those two oddities, works great and was actually thrilled to see its OEM.
