Return and Refund Policy

 
Thank you for shopping at smartproductshopping.com! We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, 1  we offer a convenient 30-day return policy.   
 
1.Key Return Information:
●You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
●All returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number.
●Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
●Please use a shipping method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging items.
 
2.Non-Returnable Items:
●Damage or loss caused by customer actions.
 
3.General Return Process:
●Initiate a Return: Please email us at sales@smartproductshopping.com with photos or videos of the items and your order number. Our customer service team will review your return request within 2 business days.
●Ship the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will send you the RMA number and instructions on how to ship your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.)
●Refund or Exchange: After receiving and inspecting your return or exchange, we will process a replacement or refund within 2 business days.
 
4.Return Shipping Costs:
●There is no handling fee for customer returns.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective products), we will provide a full refund.
I●f the return is due to buyer's remorse (e.g., dislike, wrong size), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and we will not refund the original shipping cost.
●If a returned product is damaged or lost in transit, we will contact the customer within 2 business days. If a refund is requested, we will deduct 20% of the order price for a partial refund.
 
5.Refunds:
●Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund's approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
●If you haven't received your refund within 2 business days, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received the refund, please contact us at sales@smartproductshopping.com
 
6.Order Cancellations:
●You may cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us before the package is shipped.
●Orders cannot be canceled after the package has been shipped.
 
7.Lost Package Policy:
●If a package does not arrive within 4 weeks of the shipping date, it will be considered lost. We will ship a replacement if the same items are available. If not, we will offer similar items or a refund, as mutually agreed upon. If neither the same nor similar items are available, the order can be fully canceled, and all costs will be refunded.
 
8.Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedures:
●Obtain an RMA Number: All returns require an RMA. Please contact us for approval and an RMA. RMAs are valid for 30 days.
●Include RMA on Package: Clearly display the RMA on the return shipping label. Packages without an RMA will not be accepted.
●Ship Within 30 Days: Returns must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance.
●Original Packaging: Return items in the original packaging with all original components, manuals, and accessories. We are not responsible for damage due to poor packaging or lost shipments.
